Entry Level Sales Executive

Synergos Technologies, Inc., an innovative business data company, is seeking a highly motivated, entry level sales executive for our Austin, Texas office. This person will be responsible for selling an econometric data product that is oriented toward county level analysis. The product enables sophisticated market researchers to answer economic research questions for directing unique business strategies. The data made available through this product is used to understand the economic trends that are shaping consumer behavior.

Qualified candidates must be able to:

• Prospect for New Business
• Develop Lead Generation
• Create an in depth understanding of specific industries
• Demonstrate product knowledge and business application (consultative sales approach)
• Illustrate knowledge of demographic research, consumer segmentation models and geographic information systems (GIS), will be a plus.
• Work independently (self-starter)

Additionally, they must be able to:

• Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Employ an ability and willingness to travel approximately 30%.
• College Degree required.

Basic computer skills required. Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Adobe.

This position is located at the Austin, TX corporate headquarter offices. Seniors who are graduating in May of 2012 are welcome to apply.

Compensation includes base salary plus commission (5 to 15% based on industry experience) and health insurance reimbursement. In addition, after one-year candidate will be allowed to participate in our annual bonus incentive program and employer contributed SAR SEP.
